Preparing for your Kundalini Activation Session
Before your Kundalini Activation session, a small amount of practical preparation can help ensure the session runs smoothly and support your overall experience.
People arrive in many different states — relaxed, curious, nervous, open, uncertain. All of these are welcome. There is no need to be in a particular mindset or state for the session to unfold, but it is recommended that .
The guidance below is shared to help create a supportive container for the session itself.

Before your session
To help you get the most from your session, please read the following guidance carefully.
You are asked to:
Please avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your session, as it can interfere with sensitivity, presence and integration
Avoid caffeine on the day of your session, as it can increase restlessness or overstimulation
Avoid eating for at least three hours beforehand, or eat something light if needed
Wear loose, comfortable clothing
Have water available during the session
Setting up your space (online sessions)
For online sessions, please ensure the following:
You have access to Zoom and are familiar with using it
You are using a laptop or device with a camera positioned so I can see you comfortably at full length (for example, lying on a bed or yoga mat)
You have a stable internet connection
You are in a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed
Headphones are recommended, or otherwise ensure minimal background noise
Allow yourself a few minutes beforehand to arrive, settle, and get comfortable.
During the session
You do not need to do anything in particular during the session.
Some people experience physical movement, emotional release or strong sensations. Others experience stillness, subtle shifts or very little at all.
There is no right way for a session to unfold.
A gentle reminder
Kundalini Activation is a self-regulating and intelligent process. Nothing needs to be forced, controlled or chased.
The session works by meeting you where you are.
