This website (www.soulhealingwithmario.com) is owned and operated by Mario Christodoulou, trading as Soul Healing with Mario. It provides information about my energy healing services, including Kundalini Activation.
2. Use of Website
All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, branding and session descriptions, is the intellectual property of Soul Healing with Mario unless otherwise stated. Some content (such as licensed stock images) may be used with permission but is not explicitly credited.
You may browse this website and use its information for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3. Booking and Payment Terms
All sessions must be booked in advance via the booking system or through direct contact.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Discovery Calls are free and do not require payment.
Cancellationsmust be made at least24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded.
In rare circumstances, I may need to cancel or reschedule a session due to necessity or where proceeding would not be appropriate, in which case any fees paid will be refunded or the session rescheduled by mutual agreement.
Bookings are managed via Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace Scheduling), and payments may be processed via Stripe. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The services offered on this website — including Kundalini Activation — are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. No specific outcomes, results or experiences are guaranteed.
I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical treatment. If you have a health concern, you should consult a licensed healthcare professional.
You participate in all sessions voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
Soul Healing with Mario shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of this website or participation in its services, except where liability cannot be excluded under English law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation).
5. Client Responsibility
You agree to:
Communicate honestly and openly during sessions
Attend sessions sober, respectful and not under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs
Use your own discretion when applying any insights gained
You understand that healing is a personal journey and that results vary between individuals.
You must be 18 years or older to participate in any healing sessions, unless written parental or guardian consent has been provided.
6. Privacy and Data
Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which explains how your information is collected, stored, and used — including your rights under the UK GDPR and how to contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
By submitting forms, signing a consent form, or engaging with services, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy & Cookie Policy, including for communication, service delivery and record-keeping as required by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
