Kundalini Activation Sessions
After a Kundalini Activation session, your body and energy system continue to integrate the experience in their own way and at their own pace. Some people feel deeply relaxed, others energised, emotional, reflective or clearer in themselves. All of these responses are normal.
The guidance below is offered simply as support. Please take what resonates and leave the rest.

In the hours and days following a session
You may find it supportive to:
Drink plenty of water
Rest or move gently
Eat nourishing, grounding food (e.g. root vegetables)
Spend time in quiet or nature
Avoid alcohol, recreational substances or overstimulation for a short while
Integration can continue for hours or days. There is no need to rush or analyse the experience.
What you may notice
Some people notice physical sensations, emotional release, shifts in mood or perception or a desire for more stillness. Others notice very little at all.
There is no right way for a session to unfold.
Allowing integration
If it feels supportive, you might choose to keep things simple for a short while. Fewer demands, less stimulation and more space to listen inwardly can help.
There is no requirement to meditate, journal or recreate experiences unless you feel genuinely drawn to do so.
A gentle reminder
Kundalini Activation is a self-regulating and intelligent process. Nothing needs to be forced, controlled or chased.
Much of this work is about remembering how to listen to yourself and trust what unfolds naturally.
